CHICKEN STUFFED AVOCADO
Another fast and very easy recipe made from our preferred Keto-diet active ingredient– Avocados. Packed with healthy protein, fiber, and heart-healthynutrients, this dish is a best best treat or article health club exercise pleasure.

4 items medium-sized avocado, whole
12oz. hen bust, prepared, shredded
4 tablespoon. (50g) red onions, cut
4 stalks celery, cut
1 1/3 mugs sour lotion or crème fraiche
Cut the avocado in fifty percent. Get rid of the seed and dig the meat carefully, leaving a thin layer of avocado meat inside.
Chop the eliminated avocado meat and incorporate with the prepared hen shreds, celery and onions.
Season with s & p and include crème Fraiche or sour lotion.
Gently blend whatever, scoop up and fill up the avocado fifty percents.
Optional: garnish with some fresh natural herbs.
